Experience the full power of Somatic Breathwork, held in a beautiful, intimate setting in Hackney Downs, London. These monthly workshops are a chance to gather in community and be guided through a full conscious connected breathwork journey.

Each month offers something unique but always centres around release, regulation and reconnection. You’ll be held in a supportive circle with crafted music to carry you through your process and the opportunity to connect, ask questions, share + make like-minded friends in the process.

Our breath is one of the most immediate and accessible tools we have to shift our internal state- soothing anxiety, softening stress and creating space for clarity. It anchors us in the present moment and brings us back to the wisdom of our bodies.

Somatic Breathwork goes beyond just changing how we feel in the moment. It helps to gently release tension, unprocessed emotions, and old stories that get held in the body, often without us realising. Through conscious, connected breathing, we create space for what’s ready to move, integrate, or be let go.

It’s a practice that changed my life- helping me reconnect with my body, release what I’d been holding onto for years and create space for the version of myself I was always meant to be. Now, I share it because I’ve seen what’s possible on the other side of a single breath.

FAQ

Do I need any experience to join a session?
Not at all. All sessions are guided and accessible for beginners and seasoned breathers alike. You’ll be supported every step of the way.

What can I expect to feel during a session?
Every experience is different. Some people feel emotional release, tingling sensations, or physical tension easing. Others feel calm, clarity, or deep rest. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and honour whatever arises.

Is it okay if I have anxiety or feel nervous about breathwork?
Yes- and you’re not alone in that. Breathwork can actually be a powerful tool for managing anxiety. You’ll be guided gently, with plenty of reassurance and grounding throughout the session.

Can anyone do Somatic Breathwork / Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Most people can! However, this style of breathwork isn’t recommended if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have a heart condition. If you’re unsure whether it’s suitable for you, feel free to get in touch and we can chat it through.
